1. Lawful business only
Use Easy Soft Bazar only for a lawful business in Bangladesh, and follow the laws that apply to your trade.
2. Messages and SMS
- Send SMS, WhatsApp and email only to customers who expect them from your shop.
- No spam, no messages that pretend to be someone else, no misleading offers.
- Respect a customer who asks you to stop.
3. What is not allowed
- Selling goods or services the law bans.
- Using Easy Soft Bazar to cheat, deceive or hide money.
- Breaking into other accounts, testing the system's security without our written permission, or slowing it down on purpose.
- Copying, reselling or renting Easy Soft Bazar to others without our agreement.
- Uploading harmful files or content that breaks someone else's rights.
4. If the rules are broken
We may warn you, limit features such as SMS, or close the account. Where the law requires, we report it to the authorities.
