1. Try before you pay
The trial is free and needs no card, so you can try Easy Soft Bazar with your own products before paying.
2. Refunds
- A new paid plan can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the first payment.
- After that, the period already paid for is not refunded, but nothing more is charged once you cancel.
- A yearly plan cancelled in its first 7 days is refunded in full; after that, it runs to the end of the year.
- Setup work, training or data import that we have already done for you is not refunded.
- SMS credit that has been used is not refunded.
3. Charged by mistake
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, tell us within 30 days and we refund the extra amount in full.
4. How to ask
Write to info@easysoftbazar.com or call 01844468450 with your shop name, the payment reference and the reason. We answer within 3 working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid (bKash, Nagad, card or bank) within 7 to 10 working days after we approve them. Card refunds can take longer, depending on the bank.
6. Cancelling your plan
- Cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us.
- The plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Nothing is charged after that.
- Your data is kept for a time after the plan ends so you can come back or download it. See the Privacy policy.
