1. Who we are

Easy Soft Bazar ("we", "us") is a cloud point-of-sale and business software service run by Easy Soft Bazar.

2. These terms

By creating an account or using Easy Soft Bazar on the website or in the app, you agree to these terms, the Privacy policy, the Refund and cancellation policy and the Acceptable use policy. If you use Easy Soft Bazar for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

3. Your account

• Give true details when you sign up. New accounts are checked by our team before they open.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your login and your staff's logins.
• You decide which staff can see or change what, using roles.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Plans, trial and payment

• The trial is free and needs no card. When it ends you choose a plan or stop; nothing is charged by itself.
• Plans are paid monthly or yearly in taka by bKash, Nagad, card or bank transfer. Prices are shown on the site and include no hidden setup fee.
• If a payment is not made, the account may be limited after a reminder. Your data is kept for a time so you can come back.
• We may change prices for future periods; we tell you at least 30 days before.

5. Your data

• The data you put into Easy Soft Bazar (products, sales, customers, suppliers, staff) belongs to you.
• You can download your data at any time while your account is open.
• We keep and use it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy policy says.
• Your shop is responsible for having the right to keep its own customers' details and for using them lawfully.

6. Fair use

Use Easy Soft Bazar only for lawful business, as the Acceptable use policy says. We may limit or close an account that breaks it, after a warning where possible.

7. The service

• We work to keep Easy Soft Bazar running at all times and back up data every day, but we cannot promise it will never stop.
• We may improve, change or remove features. We tell you before we remove something you use.
• SMS, payment, courier and other services from other companies are run by those companies under their own terms.

8. Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profit or indirect loss. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the last three months. Nothing here limits what the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Ending the service

• You can stop at any time from your account or by writing to us.
• We may close an account that breaks these terms or the law.
• After an account closes, data is kept for a short time and then deleted, as the Privacy policy says.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we tell you by email or SMS before the change starts. Using Easy Soft Bazar after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. We will first try to settle any problem by talking to you. If that does not work, the courts of Bangladesh decide.
