In short

This page is for the Easy Soft Bazar POS app on Google Play (developer: ESB Digital) and the Easy Soft Bazar website. In the app you can also ask from Settings → Delete my account.
1. What can be deleted
You can ask us to delete your Easy Soft Bazar account and all its data: the shop, its branches, products, sales, customers, suppliers, staff logins and uploaded pictures.
2. How it works
- Send the form on this page, or write to info@easysoftbazar.com from the email or mobile on your account.
- We contact you to make sure the request is really from the owner.
- After that, the account is closed at once and its data is deleted within 30 days.
3. What we keep
Payment records the law tells us to keep are kept for that time only. Backups that still hold your data are overwritten within 90 days.
4. Before you ask
Deleted data cannot be brought back. Download what you need first, from Reports in your POS.
5. Only some data
To delete only some data (for example one customer's details) without closing the account, write what you want deleted in the form.
