1. Who we are

This policy covers the Easy Soft Bazar website, the POS and the Easy Soft Bazar POS app (Android and iOS).

2. What we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email, shop name, address and logo.
• What you put into the POS: products, prices, stock, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, staff and settings.
• Payment details: the plan you pay for and the payment reference. Card and bKash details are handled by the payment company, not stored by us.
• Device and use details: IP address, browser and device type, pages used and error reports, on the website, for security and support. The app does not send crash logs or diagnostics.
• In the app, only when you allow it: the camera to scan barcodes; notifications; and the phone's location when a collector saves an instalment collection or visit, saves a customer's place, or when a service technician starts or finishes a field visit. Location is taken only while the app is open, never in the background, and is not shared with anyone outside your business. Before asking, the app shows a short notice explaining why. If you do not allow it, the work is still saved. You can turn these off in your phone's settings at any time.
• Staff details: your business can store staff details such as date of birth, gender, blood group, address and bank details for its own HR work. These are optional.
• Service visit photos and signatures: when a technician adds photos of a field visit or the customer signs on the phone, these are saved on our server with that job, for your business's service records. Photos are chosen by the user; the app does not use the camera for this.

3. How we use it

• To run Easy Soft Bazar for you and keep your data safe.
• To give support when you ask for it.
• To send important notices: bills, security alerts and changes to the service.
• To find and fix problems, and to make Easy Soft Bazar better.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your shop's data to advertise to your customers.

4. Your shop's customers

Your shop decides what it keeps about its own customers. We keep that data for your shop and use it only to run Easy Soft Bazar as your shop tells us, for example to send its SMS. Your shop is responsible for telling its customers how it uses their details.

5. Who we share it with

• Companies that help us run Easy Soft Bazar: cloud hosting, SMS, email, payment and courier companies, only as much as each needs.
• Your shop's staff, as your roles allow.
• The authorities, when the law requires it.

We never share your data with anyone for their own advertising.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. After an account is closed or deleted, data is removed within 90 days, except what the law tells us to keep (for example payment records). Backups are overwritten within that time.

7. Security

• Connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Each shop's data is kept apart from every other shop's.
• Staff see only what their roles allow, and important changes such as deleted sales are logged.
• Data is backed up every day.

No system is perfectly safe; if a problem affects your data, we tell you.

8. Your choices

• See and correct your details in the POS at any time.
• Download your data while your account is open.
• Ask us to delete your account and data from the "Delete your account" page, or by writing to info@easysoftbazar.com.
• Stop marketing messages at any time; important notices about your account still come.

The site uses cookies to keep you logged in, keep it safe and measure visits. See the Cookie policy.

10. Children

Easy Soft Bazar is made for businesses and is not meant for children under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in an important way, we tell you by email or SMS before it starts.
